If you are suggesting that you keep some of the items whilst still getting a refund, then that is not money saving. It is defrauding the comapny and is theft.

it was possible to return both the camera and printer before without receipt as seperate stores. I got Given £100 of vouchers for the camera and £100 for the printer.. its just what they offered me! I paiy £100 for the pair.0 -

Hey no, thats not what I was suggesting at all, merely the fact that the bundle I received, the camera was good but the printer was a complete pile of pants. I gave the camera away as a present and kept the printer for myself but then discovered, under the 16 day moneyback guarantee, that the printer was not what I expected it to be.
At the time of purchase the till opperator told me that the camera was exempt from the 16 day money back guarantee but the printer was not, I dont think taking back the printer and keeping the camera in anyway would be classed as stealing ................. I had payed for it. £99 for the bundle but received a £79.99 refund for the printer.MSE:-)MoneySpendingExpert (-:0 -
