Hi guys,
I am in search of a good NHS dentist in Newtownabbey, Co.Antrim area. (would travel a bit further - but thats my general area)
Have googled, but thought it would be more helpful getting reccomendations, so I would really appreciate your help. Moneys tight(nothing new), so need something reasonably cheap ....
A couple of fillings badly need replaced and I would love to get white fillings instead, as my mouth has more enough amalgam in it. ( though i'll be getting done what i can afford lol). I dont know if this is possible with a NHS dentist. I know i'll probably have to pay extra for this - anyone know roughly how much?
Anyone know how much a standard (amalgam) filling would cost? and a white one would cost?
Thanks for any help / info :heart2:

Don't know about the cost, but you could try Brian Ferris on the Doagh Road, just opposite the gates to Whiteabbey Hospital. I've been going there for too many years to remember and have never had any problems whatsoever.Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0

I go to Mellor Dentists, they are just off the bottom of the Doagh Road before Merville.
I left my old dentists as they went private and this was the closest NHS dentist I could find.0 -
