I want to buy a laptop from Dell Outlet, but when I try to enter me credit card details on the payment page, I notice it doesn't have a security certificate.
I tried to call the Sales Helpline but nobody I speak to seems to know what the Dell Outlet is and I'm getting extremely frustrated trying to explain to them.
Has anybody bought from Dell Outlet before and if so, did they submit your order by phone? Any tips on how to go about this?

Hiya,
I bought the computer that i am working on just now just before christmas form the dell outlet with no problems what so ever. Pretty quick on the delivery too.
Only complaint if you can call it that is that it was delivered earlier than specified by 2 days and i never got the phone call promised to say it was en route so to speak, so a bit of frantic dashing to get it into neighbours house and hide it from my kids for xmas but other than that no problems what so ever and saved a fair bit too and the system is great.
Even the monitor was about £100+ cheaper and all was boxed and brand new (keyboard squeaks a bit but i can live with that for now until i get round to spraying it with WD40)
Hope this helps.
PS i ordered it through firefox and pay for it by credit card if you can rather than debit card for extra security and peace of mind.0
