Strongbow comp from last year

I have recently upgraded my mobile phone and gave my other one to DH as he broke his, so went through the 'my folders' on my old phone deleting my old messages.

I came across 2 Bowtime winning Texts from the Strongbow comp last year, that I had from 5th November and 14th November last year and realised that I never did receive the prizes from them even though they said within 28 days. DH received a glass from his win last year but I never received any of mine.

Did everyone who won on this last year receive their prizes ok?

Was going to send them a cheeky lil email to tell them that I never did receive my prizes and see if they get back to me

I had a few winning texts and didnt receive anything until I emailed them about it - think that was Feb time. Anyway they sent out glasses for all the winning texts and threw in a couple extra as a sign of good will as I had to chase them up.

Thanks for that, I have sent them an email to see if I get any joy. They may just be glasses but a win is a win

Thats the email address I used - and they forwarded the email to a lovely girl at Strongbow - who then rang me up to apologise and sort out the delivery. :money:

yes me and my friend both won on the same day and never received anything... i wasnt going to bother to chase up - but now i see its not just us, maybe i will, as a matter of principle

I received some of mine, but not all. I didn't bother though, as I'd got enough glasses and definately too many of those fridge magnet sets lol

**Update**

Further to my email which I sent to Strongbow regarding my missing prizes, I received a telephone call from a lady called Pamela today to apologise for the missing prizes. She told me that she will arrange to send them out via courier and I should receive them soon, and if I don't receive them within 2 weeks to contact her back.

She also confirmed that I had won glasses!! Oh well, I suppose you can't have too many glasses, and who knows, I may even get a little extra for the delay!!

Thanks for posting this. I received one winning message last year and had just written it off to be honest but have now just fired off an email to them to ask if I am still entitled to a prize. Fingers crossed, could actually do with some new glasses.
