Does anyone know a good parts supplier for older machines and overlockers?

Hi, I'm hoping someone out there can give me some names or links for companies who can supply parts for a Janome/New Home overlocker - it's over 20years old, and working great until my mother in law lost a part! Janome can't help as it's obsolete, but I'm hoping some of you OSers will be able to give me a good lead or two. TIA, Jackie.
