Unsigned agreement

My partner is sorting out her debts and as advised by the users of this site has gone down the requesting CCA's route
She has a defaulted littlewoods account which is now in the hands of Mercers
Today in the post she recieved a copy of thier agreement but thats all it is, a copy
It is not a copy of her signed agreement even though thats what she requested in her letter
We were under the impression that if a creditor cannot provide a copy an agreement then they have no rights to demand money
So having recieved this unsigned agreement what does she do now?

So, they've just sent a blank agreement? I'm not sure what you do, whether to ignore it or to write back and ask for a proper CCA. But you're right, they have no right to demand money unless they can provide a copy of the agreement she signed. They're just trying it on.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
