I went BR in Nov 08 and have a little equity in my property. The OR told my mort co when i went BR (the Chelsea) who then charged me £65 to do a property valuation as they thought it was at risk, I informed them I had never missed a payment and people go BR because they have no money so the £65 fee was a kick in the teeth, but they have added this amount to my outstanding mort. To add insult they didnt even view the property to value it and at the time there was no kitchen in at all!!!0
