Hmmmm, all I have had from O2 over the last couple of months is hassle and days of waiting for them to call me back. Mind you, they may well have sent something, I spoke to them the other day about why I hadn't received paperwork they said they had sent, and it turns out they have not sent it to my current address, or my previous address, but the address before that! Wouldn't be so bad if I was just a mobile customer, but I actually have broadband with them, so they should really know my address!0
