And what's the problem with that?

Well, it made me giggle :rotfl: but I thought people might think I'd lost the plot (actually, I don't think I ever found the plot in the first place).

Well I had a fab time washing cars for charity, helped by the delicous firemen:cool: They were very hospitable and laid on tea, cakes, bacon & egg butties, chip butties (I had taken lunch but ate their food instead).

Now we had a lovely red Ferarri to wash (thank you to the kind man that bought it in), then another kind gent went to the local tesco and bought us all some Twister icecreams, the lady came from Red Bull and dropped off a load of cold cans.

In the afternoon, I was on roadside duty which meant flagging cars down and waving them onto the forecourt but then kindly folk where giving us money anyway, its amazing what plastic bunny ears can do:rotfl:

My washing machine had a funny turn tonight - it made a loud squealing noise and then when it went onto spin it went into overdrive and though it would explode:eek: managed to switch it off and thankfully it had drained so now I need to find a reasonably priced engineer to fix it:rolleyes:

Hope y'all had a good day.

If I can get a shift swap, I'll come to Bristol (Spud, can't you stay overnight? I might drive, so we could go down together, or meet up and get the train down).

Well, it will be the school hols, so I could stay if budgets and hubby were favourable :D
