Bit late now, but inkycats - a stir fry would have been my suggestion also :D

Just had first sip of alcohol - found some Damson Wine in the corner shop, haven't seen it for donkeys years. Big glass but with a lemonade top as I'm a bit of a wuss these days.

Might do a bit more AQA until the wine kicks in and my typing suffers!

I can't decide if typing up a big master list of all the things I have to do would be depressing or not.

    hmmm.

Try typing a list of things you would LIKE to do Buffy......however small, in fact the smaller the better then you can begin to acheive NICE things as well as NECCESSARY things..........works for me.

e.g When I have done ( task ), I will reward myself with ....Cinema

    Evening.

Abandoned again. DH (said in a sarcastic tone) has gone to the pub with a mate and left me alone. Sooooo, I'm having a glass of vino.

And, good news (well, for me at least) I've not lost much weight lately with the new cross trainer but have tones up quite a bit-my friend brought round a bunch of clothes for me to borrow for Canada and I fit into her size 14 Coast dress! Whoop! I am chuffed.

Sally, tis Sat- my 'day off' and hence I have had crisps and chocolate and now wine. It's been lovely.
