Not sure where to post this but doing it here to start off with!
I wanna know if I should accept the compensation offer from a bed company...
Story here is I purchased a bed from company A and the mattress from company B.
Mattress need to be turned over occassionally as per instructions. I did this - and at one occassion the slats of the bed ripped the mattress  .
I complained this to company A, send them photos etc. They have changed the bed and months and months of reminding them what of compensation.
Mattress cost me £600 - the ripped area is about 20cm in length.
They have now offered me £300 towards repair - should I accept this or insist them to replace the mattress? Will a mattress repair be good for years?
Any thoughts?

have you actually contacted the mattress company and asked them the cost of repairing it?
If it costs £50 to repair it that take the £300
if it costs £500 for the repair than you need to get more money from the bed company to cover the cost of the repair.0
