    Hi,

I'm going BR tomorrow morn. 10.45 so last minute nerves are setting in. I just wanted to check that my SOA is ok.

One point - my Council Tax this year (£85) should be inc as it is already with bailiffs so I have left that off - but that does put my surplus to 145.

Also my earnings are based on the average for the last 12 months - see above for explanation. Also work our you earnings over past 3 months and 6 months and average them out - use the one that gives you a better result (ie lowest figure!)

Agree with the others. Up your clothing to £50 and add dry cleaning at £10 as you are a manager so need to look your best.

Have a play with the figures and pop it back up.

    All the best for tomorrow.

  • Phew, I did it.

It went really painlessley. Got to court for 9.15, had forms checked, paid money, swore an oath. Was taken up to court hearing rooms and waited approx 10 mins for person b4 me to finish. Saw judge who was lovely, non judgemental. Said I was doing the right thing, had nothing to feel guilty of etc. Stamped my forms at 10.20am. Told me to go and enjoy my first non guilty cuppa...

Spoke to the OR briefly, went over bank accts etc. All in all took about an hour.

Just got home & feel very strange. Relieved but still got to get my head round it all. I suppose when I get that first creditor call it will sink in.

A very big thank you to everyone who has helped me get this far & I hope that in my experience from now to the end I may be able to give something back through this forum.:T
