    The average home buyer on the TV has more money than us.
    That's another average.
    Even this couple are seriously down-sizing yet still looking to spend £240k.

    But that's not 240k cash is it. It's just borrowings. Maybe the average person borrows more.

    I wasn't listening ... but I think it is cash. They're late 50s looking and had already sold their house.

    If the average person can borrow £240k then they're still richer than me/most?

    You'd still need a bit of a hefty salary to borrow that much.

    I wasn't listening ... but I think it is cash. They're late 50s looking and had already sold their house.
