EMA and child benefit, do I get both??

Help, I am hoping I have not made a !!!!-up! My son started college last Sept and we receive £30 per week EMA. Just looked on bank statements and I am still getting child benefit for him...will I end up in prison?? Any advice appreciated. (Don't mean to be flip!)

Child benefit is still payable to the PWC even when the student is receiving EMA.
The EMA is a payment that is usually paid straight into the student's bank account.
If child benefit were to stop then so would CSA payments & believe me, that is not the case!
