My Granny is 92 and still going strong, she never used a grill in here life, always fried with lard and spreads her full-fat butter on with a shovel. Doctors can't work out how she's living, they're baffled.
Your genetic make-up has more to do with how long you live than paying strict attention to certain diets and foods. Cutting down certain foods may help you live longer, but what doctor can say for certain how much longer? Unless they knew what age you were supposed to die, they can tell for sure, its just a guess.0 -
Just got a decent fry in Costcutters in Randalstown or Ranalstown if your local. 2 havles of soda, 2 fadge a pancake 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 pork, 1 beef sausage, Veg roll and a bit of black puddin for £2.90.
