Nice spot, i've been waiting for this offer to re-appear.

wouldn't pay over 3 quid for this mag but 41p delivered is a bargain

Hi, I took up this offer last time in 2005. After two issues I cancelled it and asked for balance of my money back. In my opinion it is one of the worst magazines I have ever read, I think it's main market is young males aged around 15.

Agreed. I'm sure Maxim has it's audience, but it's just far too childish for my taste.

I got the last 2 year deal, which runs out shortly. Kept it running as it does have some interesting articles and competitions. Not to mention attractive ladies.

But enough is enough, my sub lapses soon and I'll happily not be renewing.

Personal preference I suppose. It's main target market is around the 17-22ish mark so it may not be to everyones tastes. Personally I love it.

my last £5 sub doesn't run out til May 2007 so i rung up and asked if i could get this put on to the end of it and they did it. that makes 4 years of maxim for £14.99 and it will finish may 2009! Bargain, also i gotta say i love the humor and it is personally my favourite mag and i wouldn't have even bought it before.

Do you know what happens towards the end of the subscription, do they write to me askign if I want to carry on or not? Or do they just start taking money out of my card?

    Just checking?

I wouldn't pay 4 quid for it but it's well worth a laugh for 40 odd pence a go.

    cheers,
    worto.
