    Hi Pammy,

I asked the customer service lady @ RBS who was doing my mortgage application and she said they mainly use Equafax.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Pammy.

Most Lenders have access to more than one credit reference agency.

Is there a reason you need to know? Are you worried about something? Any lnformation about you should be registered with all agencys.

Have they declined your application & told you to get a copy of your file? If this is the case, go back to them & ask them who they use, to be 100% sure.

    Hope this has helped.

I have the opposite, bad with equifax and good with experian. But experian have recorded some past debt not on equifax.
