    Evening everyone, I just wanted to say thanks for the kind messages this morning xx

    Zed and Buffy.........:A

    Buffy and Spud you will enjoy it on the day, my Mum did a similar race recently and she said that after the serious runners the rest of the crowd spurred each other along and it was a wonderfully positive experience.

    ...........you will all feel great afterwards, especially once the woo woo starts flowing:D
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    I wish you could come too Beanie. Hopefully the Scottish meet will happen, and I can come to that. I love it up there but didnt have the nerve to go to the Glasgow meet :rolleyes:
