both I think it kind of bent right back and then when I pulled the door to shut it the two bits kind of overlapped and bent I think...grrrrrr so now the wing doesn't sit flush to the door

Sounds like you bent the hinge. Have a look at it - it should unbolt from both sides. Take it down to a scrappy and get another one.

No on national express coaches but sometimes I use megabus as well - its usually between £5 and £10 each way :D

Hang on...here's going up Friday coming back Sunday:
    http://www.nationalexpress.com/bp/b2.cfm?id=181516774 - hope that works :o

Thanks Becky, I will bear that in mind for future trips.

I am going to ring the train people tomorrow.

I need to go to Barrow then over to Leeds then back to London sunday. I thought I could buy one ticket to Barrow and hop on the train at Leeds on Sunday. I figured there would be a bus/train to get me from Barrow to Leeds on Saturday but not sure.

Its going to be a bit suss since i have only two trains I could catch Sunday.

    xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.
