Sammy I am coming to Leeds, well, stupid not as I live there but I am going to hide in bushes along the way and jump out at your all and I'm also going to follow you in the car shouting your names, for example, "Sammy, go quicker, Sammy get your legs up" etc etc obviously different shouts for different people but you get the drift...........

Im please to hear your okish. I knew it was soon but I couldn't remember when (sorry). Great that you feel you would like to do a course for TA, very worthwhile and I can see you would be good with the little ones.

How cool you are going to see weller, sure it will be fab and he might get you up on stage if you're at the front

If you want to find out now who owns the house you can download the title deeds from the land registry site - it used to be £2 but might have gone up recently...

Dont know if it will have their address though - the other idea is to ask them who their managing agents are and go via the letting agent (if they have one)

Also can you report to environmental health for rubbish duping or am I imaging that??
