What with the house prices dropped so much, Cheltenham and Glouster value my house at £140k, £28k less then what I paid in 2002 so could I now get the council tax re branded?

Council Tax bands are based on 1991 prices (Eng and Scot) or 2003 prices (Wales), so no.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
