Lloyds TSB ???

Just about to start on the 2nd month token payments with lloyds tsb, as directed by the CCCS, so just wondered how long it would take to hear from them in regards of us sending for the first time last month the letter from CCCS and the bugdet sheets with token payments??
The only letters both myself and hubby have received are the ones where we cancelled the DD for the 2 loans, and they are to my knowledge just the automated computer letters, that they are unable to collect the payments and if we do not make the loan repayments, it will be sent to a collections agency etc.
I am surprised not to have heard anything else yet, I know its early days and know there will be a time they will be constantly ringing and writing etc.
I have the letter prepared from CCCS in case they try to harass by phone calls.
We only paid £1 token payments for each 4 of the credit, 2 loans the credit card and the overdraft and that was it, until my hubby is successful in finding new employment we can then review this with the CCCS, maybe have a DMP in time.
So anyone who have been dealing with lloyds I will appreciate some advice on what to expect and what to be prepared for.
The token payments were made by postal orders, I taken copies of these for my proof, but is there a way to prove they have received and used the token payments towards the credit?
Cheers folks.;)

Did you send the letters recorded delivery? If not do this next time if you can manage it. You are doing all the right things - some creditors are quick to come back and pleased you are taking action, some are very awkward. Whatever they say stick with the 'all communication in writing' line and stick with sending the token payments. This proves you are committed to the DMP.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Hi Fire Fox, cheers.;)
Yes all by recorded delivery.
Although they have been confirmed as received, is there any way of knowing if they will accept the payments? Just to make sure although its not a lot that its used towards the credit?
Again cheers.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

In my experience with Lloyds TSB they are the worst to deal with. I have a DMP via the CCCS and Lloyds continue to harrass me by phone despite my requests that they communicate in writing. They have not accepted the reduced payment offer and continue to charge late fees and interest.0

Thanks Barge.;)
Have you also sent the letter where if they continue to harass you that you will contact the Office of Fair Trading?
Here:
To whom it may concern
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to ask that you no longer contact me by telephone as your calls are causing me considerable stress due to the frequency, and that they are being made at inappropriate times. Please remove my telephone number from your database and send all future communication in writing to my home address.
I have provided the most recent copy of my income and expenditure to make you aware of my current financial situation. I will continue to make my payment of x on the x of every month and will keep you informed of any changes in my circumstances as I am keen to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I understand that following this request if you continue to call I can contact the Office of Fair Trading to make a formal complaint.
Please confirm in writing that your records have been amended.
Yours sincerelyThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
