1. To qualify to enter competitions you must reside in the United Kingdom and be aged 18 years old or over at the time of entering.

2. In order to qualify for prizes, your entry must be received by the closing time and date stated in the competition details – where no time is indicated assume the cut off point is 1159pm UK time of the closing date. Incomplete entries or those not received by the above deadline will be disqualified.

3. By entering competitions, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.

4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.

5. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision of Shudoo shall be final.

6. Shudoo reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

7. In the event that any applicant is disqualified from the competition, Shudoo in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further applicant will be selected on the same criteria as the original applicant and will be subjected to these terms and conditions.

8. Entry to the competition is by the method stated in the competition details only. Entries submitted via any other method may be disqualified at the discretion of Shudoo.

9. Winners will be selected at random from entries on time and only the winning applicant will be contacted via email or telephone by Shudoo. Winners will have 14 days to accept prizes by email.

10. The winner's name will be published on our winner's page.

11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. Shudoo has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

12. Shudoo reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of competitions at anytime without prior notice.

13. Shudoo reserves the right to pull competitions at any time without notice. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
