Next sale?

Thats not very nice poppysmum, you cant blame people for enjoying having a vip slot in the sale.Im sure if you had one you would be just as happy.
Its really not worth getting upset over its only a sale.
Anyway I am chuffed to yet again have a vip slot, mine was 6-7 and everything I wanted was in stock, I ordered everything I saw in mine and kids sizes, 3/4 of my order will be returned but hey its exciting.
Yes Im crowing about it but I dont care, I didnt get a slot last time and was very happy for those that did, I just went to the store and got what I could.

anyone else not even getting into the site, ive been clicking on the link on my e-mail and also tried the next site directly but just not getting in,not even the front page. My slot isn't until 9pm but i wanted to look at some of the listings before.

spoke to customer services, they say they cant view orders until the computers update overnight - so they recommended i do the order again, as i can return items if the original order went through

guess what, replaced the order, and then got confirmations for both orders

looks like im gonna have a lot of returns lol

I am not blaming anyone, its the same every year with Boots, Next and all sales really .
I am unable to go to the store because I hurt my foot a few days ago and me and foot wont mix with Next at 5am !! lol Actually it wont make it around the shop .
It wasnt mean nastily, I am just very angry at how Next have treated me and a few other people on here.

Well, I persevered and eventually, after the egg timer showing on a blank page for ages, it went through and I received the confirmation e-mail. So keep trying, but they really should get the site sorted out, they must know there's going to be a lot of traffic at this time.
