Blockbuster - Trade 2 Games & Get Credit + £10 Off New Title

Blockbuster are currently running an offer where you can trade in any xbox/ps2 (Maybe other format) games for the normal trade in credit value plus you get £10 knocked off the price of the top titles for sale currently in their chart.

A few titles included are:

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter
Godfather
Driver Parallel Lines
Fight Night Round 3
Fifa Street 2
24 The Game
Pro Evolution Soccer Management


Blockbusters retail prices are not fantastic but with say roughly £5 or £6 credit from the games (47p dixons/currys/pcworld specials ) and another £10 knocked off it brings the price down nicely for a highstreet retailer.

i.e Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter - £32.99 would be down to £18.97!
(@£5 for the trade ins -98p cost of games originally)

Remember pcworld/dixons/currys have splinter cell/pandora tomorrow etc on the xbox out there for 47p still!

Depending on the store (whether they sell them or not) they should also accept Gba & Ds Games only games all stores dont accep are Pc Games!

I can tell, they thought I was on about the 10 dvd offer as well I find it strange that these offers start but the general public don't get to know about them as the staff don't even know! By the time any signage goes up there's probably 1 day left to run! I used the smileys for a reason and was'nt 'having a go' Once again the context of a post not conveyed correctly.

Are there any terms to what you cannot trade in i.e. football games as sometimes shops don't allow football games as trade In.

I have Splinter Cell and Timesplitters 1 which I picked up dead cheap so I might be popping down soon and getting some credit off a xbox 360 game

No there does'nt seem to be a restriction on the type of game (unlike the game offer) but obviously old wrestling or footy games might not trade in for a very good amount.

The list of new titles in the offer I was given was only xbox/ps2 - not sure about the inclusion of latest generation 360.

As far as I know it can be any title aslong as its pal format!
Not sure about 360 depends if there on the system yet!!

And yes usually us staff are the last to know anything like the mcdonald offer someone gave me a voucher for a rental and I had to ask where they got it from so I could know what to do with it!

no sure but you can always go to the next nearest bb and trade in another 2 there!
