Hi,
Anybody have advice on best way of making your own will - online?, or DIY kit from WH Smith?, or...
Not just looking for cheapest - easiest and quickest also important.

i would think that if you title a peice of paper 'will of______' and write it with a couple witnesses, who all sign it, that would make a legal document which must be obeyed, in my eyes anyway.0

there really is no substitute to going to a solicitor and having it done properly. OK, your not going to know if it's not, but those you leave behind will have the added trauma of your wishes not being carried out. It only needs one word in the wrong place to make it invalid. A simple will would probably only cost £70 or so, phone round all the local solicitors and ask, they won't mind. Better to be safe than sorry.0
