Hi
We have just begun the process of remortgaging. We have had the initial approval and credit checks which were fine and now we are at the stage of valuation of the property. I was just wondering how long all of this takes as it is all a bit new to us. We are using The Abbey. Anyone have any experience?

Hi,
If you are an existing Abbey customer then should be a matter of a couple of weeks.
If changing lenders it can take between 4-8 weeks
