Dell Outlet - Help Please!

Options
Okay, I've seen a laptop which I'd really like to purchase on the Dell Outlet. I'm worried that if I don't buy it tonight, someone else is going to get it...

However, I'm also concerned that if I do buy it, another fantastic deal from Dell will come along tomorrow, when they put the next special offer in place...

If I buy from the Dell Outlet as a home user, am I still covered by the same consumer rights rules and regulations as I would be if I purchased from the main part of the site?

For example, say I buy this laptop and a deal starts tomorrow which means I can get the same specs for much less - would I be within my rights to cancel the order before it ships or (as I believe is the case with normal purchases) return it within 7 days of receiving it?

Cheers, guys.

I have never seen a bargain in the outlet shop.

You have to add VAT and carriage onto the prices. (Apart from Current free delivery offer.)

    Celeron 1.6GHz, 512MB of RAM, 60GB HDD, DVD-RW, Wi-Fi, 8 cell battery, 15.4" screen, for £340 (including VAT & free delivery).

Sounds like a bargain to me in any language. It even beats the previous offer from Dell Small Business which had everybody so excited.

Perhpas you could be more specific? There's more than one sticky and despite looking through them all, your officious request is still no clearer.

    From the sticky

This board is for short-term, grab it deals only. Anything else, including general supermarket offers like bogof or 3for2, should be placed on the Shop But Dont Drop board.

Grabbit is for posting short term deals, the posting guide is here

If you find something you like the price of in the outlet tonight then buy it, if tomorrow you find the main dell site has a better offer then phone to cancel the outlet order once you have made sure by getting a pdf that you have a good chance of getting the main site order filled :)
All Dell'd up ;) several times over :)
