    Is this one an ogre?

    Green even?

    Checked trousers?

    Afraid of pitchforks?

None of the above? Well that'll do nicely! Stop looking for problems where none exist woman!

Pooky - enjoy QI, i try to watch it but i don't think i have the brains for it!

Squizz - i did go out for a 3miler with club last night... i got some 1-2-1 coaching too which was nice... apparently i am wasting energy by pumping my arms too much, only use them when i need to, but my breathing style is good... looking forward to more specific technique coaching now, i'm going to ask for it every week and see if i can improve my overall runner-li-ness...... still such a plodder! Didn't get my sub 11min mile again, although i suspect the last mile may have been... when i get my garmin i will know for sure how i'm doing more easily.

very few people came because of the rain i think. I was at the back of the front runners and came in 4th of a group of about 12... which is real progress for me... even though it was only cause so few turned up!

Well done you :T The individual coaching sounds really good.

i have deferred my restart proper until the 25th June, after Leeds.... I am still sticking to the plan but using up my packs and getting Leeds weekend out of the way... i need to stick at it in between times though.

Would like to get below 12 stone before Leeds, so only 3lbs, should be do-able...... i could cut off my left hand, don't use it much!

I am laughing sooooo much! :rotfl: If 'she' turns up with a bottle of pitchfork-repellant, I'll know to run away as fast as I can!

I'll try not to worry and look for problems, I promise. Difficult not to after...you know... and I'm very nervous about feeling butterflies for someone else, but it's nice, and even if it doesn't work out, it means I CAN feel like that about someone other than Shrek. :T
