    Why do they have to check every week though? Surely once or twice a year is OK like other teachers have :confused:

    I can't believe how many compliments I have had about my teaching. this is all so wrong. (sorry guys I know its all i talk about these days)

    I am doing my own lesson for next week. that will be ok in one sense, but I am !!!!!!!! it for the deputy head I hate being observed, I was doing ok for the 1/2 ones but I had no idea that he would stay for the whole lesson. I did nearly cry.

    I am going to get ready for bed now. when I come back I shan't waffle on any more.
