    Yeah well done Maz, I have a loan with PPI on it and I tried to reclaim once (barclayloan) -they turned me down but I might try again...

    Ok, this will sound dead stupid, but it intimidates me, filling in all the forms-I don't even know any details now, wouldnt be able to find forms...was over 5 years agoooooooo

    if its gone to DCA they SHOULD have all the details you would need......and if they haven't then they have no right to enforce the debt ( CCA request required?)

    Maybe I should head your way ( picking up Sammy on the way ) and invade your files....

    I have someone coming to look under my sink in the morning - my sink leaked for months before I figured out where the water was coming from and it has slowly seeped up my cupboards and warped my work surface...

    When I rang the insurance company they told me I would lose my 30% no claims bonus, I would have to pay £250 excess and apparently I have an extra excess of £250 if my claim is down to escape of water!!!! !!!!!!!!!

    Oh and they will only replace the bits that are damaged, yes they said they would only replace the third of the work surface that is damaged......

    Thought I would let them come round anyway, but insurance is just a rip off...........

    I wanted to do the Telford RFL but a) it was full and b)it was the day after I get back from Canada and I will be jetlagged...

    Try again Sammy, the Ombudsman/ FSA have come down like a ton of bricks on the Lenders..........ask Maz ( or Pania for that matter ).
