I reckon if I can resist chocolates, jammie dodgers and cream cakes all in one day I've got this no sugar for one month thing sussed! Hope it does the trick in reducing my cravings for sugar (that being the idea as was having waaaaaay too much) so that when I'm back on a normal diet I don't go over the top again.
