I didn't know who it was, didn't think it would be debt man cos of party thought it would be my friend then he had saw me :eek: didn't know what to do and am all panicked :eek:

I'd ask for advice on the debt board - I always thought they were like vampires and once they'd been in, they could go back in anytime!! ie If a payment gets missed or whatever.

He didn't come in, I wouldn't let them in cos know if he's really a bailiff then once they've been in once it means you've allowed them access or something so didn't let him in

LOL tell him ur not allowed to sign anything or 'allow' anything under the mental health act... i did that last Year.. was quite funny really, he looked paniced when i said that under the mental health act he'd need to talk to my advocate or carer instead PMSL! he pretty much turned and Ran.... LOL ( it was all made up) ... but still at least they didnt come back... we got one letter adressed to my OH after that and now everything is done by CCCS! ... so much easier
... Not that im suggesting pretending to be Ill is funny or clever ( hopes she hasnt upset anyone):o
