Well good morning all on this sunny and potentially warm Friday. I hope everyone is well and looking forward to a good day.

My shoulder/arm became even more painful yesterday despite painkillers, and I struggled to hold my trombone for rehearsal yesterday evening. I perhaps shouldn't have gone but I don't like to give in. But it's so far much better this morning - a little niggly but not really painful so that's a good start.

Got an event at work today - they're already here. It's a day for 14 year olds - got 100 of them doing a project on Fair Trade produce. Shouldn't have to do a lot myself apart from show my face a few times so may even get some secret comping done you never know! Then after work we're playing badminton (yes twice in one week - thankfully it's the other arm!) and then I'm looking forward to a lazy evening.

IOWers have a fab time and the weather will hold, I am sure.

Its a fab day here weather wise and I hope the postie doesn't ignore me today like he has for the last couple of weeks with regards to comping!

Im sitting here eating breakfast and feel like ive got eyes on my, i look up and notice one of the dustmen looking into the house having a good nose the cheeky monkey :mad:

Lovely weather here again today off to get back wheel for dd's bike which was buckled a couple of weeks ago and i forgot to pick a new one up lol
