I love mine although don' use it as often as I should!! You can either tailormake your own workouts or do the pre programmed ones and it tell you how many calories you have burned! Gets me sweaty anyway!! (But that could be the 5 stone of excess weight I'm carrying!!)

I weigh just over 12 stone now, when I was bf my LO I got down to almost 10 stone which I felt much better but I went downhill when I stopped feeding her LOL

I already have a Wii Fit which I try get on when I can so how is this different please?
