So much for ds going to Glasgow for a nice weekend and to see Take That. Was not there 3 hours and him and Laura got mugged. Took there money,cards phones the lot. So iv been rushing round trying to send money and that over to him. Wish he had never went now. One things for sure after this il never set a foot in Glasgow. Just glad there more are less ok could of been worse I know that.

Rant over just had to get it out.

Oh no Mar where abouts did it happen ? There has been a lot of trouble round Central Station (main train station) mostly eastern europe gangs. My nephew's girlfriend got her bag taken the other day when they were in McD's from one such woman - nephew went back in and confronted the woman who had 'bumped' into her and opened her carrier bag and it was there !!! The woman was protesting she didn't know how it got there - as if. Still smart enough to fleece money from the purse in that short space of time and that was their money for the oasis concert. They were going to stay in Edinburgh but had to come home after the concert instead. I've worked in Glasgow city center ahem 19yrs and never had any probs so don't think bad of all us scots or indeed Glasgow. Hope your son and girlfriend are not too badly shaken

omg Mar thats awful, what a dampner to a fab prize too. Glad they are ok in themselves but it must have really shaken them up. Hope Take That manage to cheer them up this evening and put their weekend back on track xxx.

Yaaay good to be back!! Had 3 wins today, all unexpected really. Won Richard Madeley's book, £10 Yates bar tab and Take that tickets to Manchester.

So made up, came at a great time with me feeling low, also it's my cousin's birthday, we're very close, best friends really and she loves take that, so I am taking her, she is really made up

Righto that's me going for the evening only managed to jump on as hubby was doing another lap :rolleyes: I didn't tell you earlier but I tried it and cycled a km - legs were like jelly and had to lie down for 10 mins:o:o
