but I've done an hour's jogging this evening and tidied up a bit so feel better for it. Should have done more But I don't have to cook sunday anymore! we're going out for lunch after the F1

Am shattered, but on nights at work tomorrow, so need to lie in in the am.
Aww well, will comp for a while and see how I go.

Also son (9 years old) has appointment at doctors tomorrow. He's got a mole on the back of his neck, and since we've been out in the sun, (suncream used) he's been saying it hurts:eek: So am gonna get it checked out, and it so happens that the GP on tomorrow is a dermatologist, so couldn't be a better time to go.
I hope it's nothing.
