I am very sorry but I do not believe that you could ever fall asleep while being tattooed!! I have 6 and there is no chance I could have 'dozed' off. Not on your face. Maybe she intended to do it and her mother freaked out so she spun her a lie, and the Mum is makin her take legal action??

I really dont believe it was the tattooist's fault though, she posed for pictures for him by the look of it.
