    SFH ....don't let things spoil your evening x forget all the rubbish of the day....hope you manage to relax/get over the virus.
    Good luck to all of the guys on diet...
    still unable to drag myself to the shops for coffee...done nothing except having my food on the sofa watching Corrie :eek::eek: but I am feeling better and tomorrow in work we have training so should be a lot more relaxed than an average day....
    I need to put everything I have in work (study) over the next couple of months .....and everything else should stay on hold...finding it nervewrecking though....

    might go out for a walk and get some coffee from a local shop ..

    Gemma 3lbs is not end of world and you looked lovely in that pic there are more important things in life then being overweight as long as you are happy with life thats all that matters

    You all know that I spent a small fortune on my fireplace, well hail stones are coming down the chimney, so covered it all up with towels :rotfl:

    what an idiot i am that'll learn me to read more carefully have claimed a code for an infamous t-shirt from playstation has to be collected instore and i dont have one near me so anyone with a store near pm me and i'll give you code. Just realised i can do it online so sorry have done
