  • Omg. I just rang this R-sole I went to see the other day about a job. I'd been approached on the street and offered the job, told I was having training, walked 4 miles to this dump of an office in a construction ground to be patronised. The guy promised to ring me the next day and didn't. I've just managed to get credit on my phone so couldn't phone back. Anyway, he was extremely aggressive, shouting down the phone and said that I wasn' good enough etc. Given I managed to help raise 30K in one evening at a charity event when I was 15, worked for Gift also very successfully, I don't see what his problem is. I don't want the job now anyway but what an arrogant bl00dy pr4t. I'm considering speaking to his head office about him.:mad::mad:

FE - his loss I'm sure with an attitude like that you wouldn't want to work there anyway. Would def phone and complain no-one deserves to be spoken to the way he spoke to you - you've got nothing to lose. Hope it doesn't ruin your day

    ;) Cheeeeers FE!

Been keeping a low profile, just posting comps but I'm in a good mood today - managed to book a week abroad (didn't think we were ever going to find anything) and got my badminton dinner-dance tomorrow night so some good stuff to come!

EDIT: Just seen you've dipped into the Inn earlier T - lovely to 'see' you. xxxxx

    ooh congrats rosemac !!!

I just posted on IWIW cos I am confused lol (doesnt take much !!!), recieved a duplicate today of a win DS got in April from dr who magazine. Its an audio cd Mask of Mandragora or something similar to that anyway (have re-sealed envelope now!). Am sure I wouldnt have entered for the same prize twice, also surely they wouldnt be giving away the same prize twice in a matter of a couple of months would they? Am thinking it might be a mistake that they have sent prize out twice possibly? Ahh well, shall give the second copy to my brother who is a massive Dr Who fan but should be old enough to know better !!

In the meantime I dont know whether to bother saving it for ds to open later as he might be gutted when he opens it to find something hes already got !! He does love to get mail though bless him !!

Gonna have a quick read back in a min to see if I missed anything !! Hope you have all been behaving while I was at toddlers though !!
Thanks to all posters and contributers
