Morning all. And here goes another working week! Starting with the normal Monday morning directors meeting - hate it as I'm never awake enough and they want to talk about stats all the time. Oh well.

I need to get me a wii so I can do this sports active thing you're all raving about. They need to bring out something for the xbox really. MUST get back into the exercise this week. Said to OH yesterday evening about being unhappy with myself and my weight gain and food and stuff and he very politely said 'before the holiday you were doing quite a bit of exercise, maybe that's having an effect on how you feel about yourself'. I just burst into tears silly me! He was being so nice about it but he's right. We played badminton twice last week so I've started - need to get back to how I was with running and cycling etc.

Had a glorious weekend oh didnt work for once and pottered about in the garden Sat and Sun went to Wales on the bikes ended up at Tintern Abbey nice place and a lot of history behind it

Off to walk the dog now before it does rain, will sponsor peeps when i get back
