can I still Claim

We cashed in 2 endowment policies about 2 years ago, bad idea I know, but it was a bad divorce, can we still claim for them being mis sold

    When did you receive your first red letter? Letter advising you of a shortfall?

    It might be worth a try, no harm trying is there..

    Also when did you take out the endowment policies? As this has a fair amount to do with your claim if you do have one that is.

  • they were taken out in 1989 & 1992, cant remember if we received a red letter
