Anyone had any dealings with them? What are they like?

Had a parcel delivered yesterday, but half the order was missing, and an equal number of unrelated and undocumented items were in the parcel.

I emailed them as I can't see a phone number, but haven't even had a receipt acknowledgement yet.

Just wondered what their response times etc were like.

I had to phone Halfcost a week and a half ago, I had placed an order with them on the 1st May, most of my order arrived in just over a week later, however one of the items was meant to be arriving seperately, after a month had passed I had still not receiced the rest of my order, and what I was waiting for was part of my daughter birthday presant, I emailed them, but had no reply, so I phoned them a week later and the person on the end of the phone said that there had been a problem with the courrier, he cancelled my order and re-ordered saying that they would be here in 2/3 days subject to being in stock, they were showing as in stock ( I checked), anyway I am still waiting. I explained that I had emailed and was told that there was no-one to answer emails!! I am going to phone them again to see what excuses they give this time, but I have to say I am not very impressed with this company.
