Doing 10, you're going to get confused where you're up to once the ball starts rolling.
I suggest for now, do maybe 5, and only the 5 that seem to be giving you grief.
Those creditors / DCAs that have left you alone, leave them alone for now.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Ok, that's a good idea! Getting a little carried away with myself there
Is it worth applying to those who are ignoring us, or just let sleeping dogs lie for now?0 -

Hi
I went through business debtline as I am self employed, I rang them on a Thursday and worked out my budget on the telephone, their DMP pack arrived on the Saturday, I sent it back on the Monday, on the Friday CCCS sent a letter asking for creditor statements and my signature etc etc, I returned it on Monday and now I'm just waiting to receive confirmation that its set up, hopefully by the end of this week or early next week, In total just under 2 weeks at the moment, with a bank holiday thrown in.DMP mutual support thread member:3270 -
Wow, that is a quick turnaround! I was thinking it would take months and months. I'm glad you've managed to get yours sorted so quickly. Thanks for sharing, I think we will still be looking at a formal DMP and I feel better knowing that it happens pretty quickly!0
