Child window locks

My only problem is that we have pvc windows and I cant find locks to go on pvc.
My daughter has started to climb up to her windows and Im frightened that she will push her window open and fall, Ive now decided to let her room stink and not open it at all (safest option for now) I want to be able to open her window slightly but still have safety locks on there ,even more so now summer is heading our way.
Any suggestions please??
Thanks kim
