Comet at Fosse Park, Leicester closing down

Hi.

I'm kicking myself for missing most of the best stuff, but there are still some items left at bargain prices.

The shop in Fosse Park is closing down & there is a massive sale on.

I popped over at lunch time & half the place has been scavenged already, but still some good items remaining at time of posting.

Gizmondo games for £2.00, down from £20.00
Camcorder batteries for £1.00 down from £50 and above. All though, I doubt if those prices are very realistic anymore & I couldn't tell you what makes are left since its just a random bargain bin selection.
Mobile phone car chargers / accesories £1.00
Loads of x-display fancy T.V. cabinets for less than half price.
Toasters, kettles, coffee machines all at less that half price (ex-display).
About a dozen fridges / freezers left
Dryers, washers.

All P.C.'s and laptops gone, but there were a couple of Acer entertainment systems (those fancy video recorder PC's) down to £500 instead of a £grand.

Everything is going really fast though.

I have purchased a lot of stuff from this store including a plasma TV and other high-end goods.

Anyone know why it closed down??

Are they going to relocate???
