Tuna brown rice bake

Am having a real store cupboard challenge, staying away from the shops.

I like the ideas of a tuna brown rice bake and wondered if anyone had any recipes.

I did try google and most recipes were using condensed soup, which I don't have (plus rather making things from scratch as muach as I can!)

I've never heard of such a dish, but no reason why it shouldn't work Why not make a white sauce to substitute for the soup You could then flavour it how you like. I do a tuna pasta bake with cheese sauce, with sweetcorn and peas

I have tried this recipe for Tian from The Cottage Smallholder blog. It is a type of rice bake and was lovely. I should think it would adapt well to the use of brown rice and the addition of tuna.
