Click here for landing page then click on one of the links in the main body of text on the left-hand side of the screen to start the survey.
Don't click on the "Win £500" link on the right-hand side. That takes you to an old survey, posted back in February.
I can't paste the direct link since c-n-e-t is disallowed by the MSE profanity filter for some reason.
Survey takes about 5-10 minutes; the site says 8 minutes. There's quite a lot about your shopping habits and spending intentions but it doesn't ask for income levels.
No T&C's that I can spot but they do say at the end they won't pass your details on to third parties.

OK, I think I've sussed this.
Don't click on the "Win £500" link on the right-hand side of the screen. That takes you to an old survey, posted back in February.
