How sad is this - I want to get my CC bill !!

Yes I know I can't quite believe it either, but we have a Tesco credit card that we put all our spend on each month and pay off in full. This works for us as we have a One Account so the longet the money is in our account each month, the more it's working towards our mortgage. Recently however our CC bill has been getting higher and higher and it took this site to make me sit down and realise that we needed to analise our spending habits.

We have been very good this month - although I still struggle to get my shopping below £100 for 5 of us each week - and now I am very excited as the bill is due next week adn I want to see what percentage we have shaved off this month!! Intend to keep this going until we are actually living within our means LOL

I always want my CC bill to come asap too. I hate not being to keep track of my spending on it - unlike my current acc which I check online every day!!

I only use mine because it offers protection online, otherwise it cut it up!!

I used to look forward to getting mine too (when I started paying it off) so I could see how much it had gone down by.

I must admit.. I've got a 0% and I've cut the card up and pay way over the min so I do enjoy getting that every month seem my debt go down! Next on my list is to get a cc like you've mentioned for weekley shops to get more nectar/clubcard points!

I have actually gone spreadsheet mad so am recording everything we spend in all manner of breakdowns so have a vague idea what it will be - but am excited at the thought that, all things being equal, we wil have seriously reduced our spending this month!

I am thinking of starting MSE Anonymous, where those of us whose lives have been seriously affected by discovering this website can confess to our addictions LOL
