Ex council blocks - know of any lenders who'll lend??

Hi

Does anyone please know of lenders who are willing to lend on ex council flats, in blocks above 5 storeys? So far, the best quote I've had is 7.69%!!! Ouch

Cheers,
TC

I think this would be a good time to have a word with a good broker who could find out exactly which lenders would agree the mortgage for you.

It will all depend on your circumstances and the property in question.

    Hi there,

I'm not sure if these guys do it but they may be able to point you in the right direction - have a look at www.simplycredit.co.uk (based in Stoke-On-Trent but I belive work nationally) & get in touch with them...
